Tenancy Inventory Check Out Reports

We conduct Inventory Check Out reports at the end of tenancy. Check Outs can be taken without both parties being present. The inventory report is used against the Check Out Report to make a comparison of the properties condition and cleanliness. Any defects or changes in the condition of the property or any of the assets will be noted with the responsibility and duties of all relevant parties. Recommendations are also made. Colour photographs are used as evidence for any changes in the properties condition. This makes it easier for parties to identify and allocate expenses that may be needed at the end of tenancy.
